SmartBooth is a powerful web-based prospecting and measurement tool that enables you to identify, target and invite the most highly qualified visitors to your booth, and measure their success at SEMICON West.

Included in the exhibitor package is access to the SmartBooth Exhibitor Portal 'dashboard'. The SmartBooth Exhibitor portal allows you the opportunity to update your company profile, determine keywords that best represent your company, as well as identify your ideal target customers. Working in conjunction with the SEMICONNECT visitor portal, SmartBooth helps get the most important visitors to your booth—visitors you have defined as important leads and who are actively searching for products and services like yours.

The relevant data housed in each SmartBooth Exhibitor portal will also be extracted for print in the SEMICON West 2008 Event Directory.

The online SmartBooth Exhibitor “dashboard portal” has opened, and you can begin entering your company description and product information for SEMICON West 2008.

Included at no extra charge in your booth space fee for SEMICON West is access to the portal allowing you to enter:

• Company demographics, including; address, web address, phone, fax, company email
• 1,000 character company description (approximately 150 words)
• 30 product categories – View the 2008 product categories before you set up your portal
• 20 product listings – ability to highlight the products that you will be displaying in your booth at SEMICON West 2008
• The ability to highlight new products and equipment you will be demonstrating in your booth
• Export interest information
• Press Release information

The relevant information entered into your SmartBooth Exhibitor “dashboard portal” will also be extracted for print in the SEMICON West 2008 Event Directory. Please note that the SEMICON West 2008 Event Directory will not include company profiles in print form. However, visitors will be directed to SEMICONNECT to access your complete company description.

Please also note the following important information:

• Co-Exhibiting companies will also have access to their own SmartBooth “dashboard portal” in order to enter their Event Directory information
• Primary Exhibitors are asked to forward the Co-Exhibitor Instructions and Payment information to their co-exhibiting companies. SEMI requires full payment from the Co-Exhibiting companies before a SmartBooth user name and password is provided to the Co-Exhibiting company.
• Exhibitors are also encouraged to attend the BDMetrics webinars for more assistance on understanding the SmartBooth tool. See the SEMICON West Exhibitor University schedule for registration information.

March 9, 2008 – SmartBooth Exhibitor Portal information is available on the SEMICON West website in the ‘real time’ search engine

April 23, 2008 – SEMICONNECT (visitor portal) “live”

May 2, 2008 – SEMICON West Co-Exhibitor Information and Payment deadline (to SEMI)

May 9, 2008 – Deadline to enter information online in order to be used for print in the SEMICON West 2008 Event Directory. Information submitted after this date will only be available online and be used in the paper addendum of the SEMICON West 2008 Event Directory. Product Category codes entered after May 9, 2008 will only be available online and will not be printed in the paper addendum. The SEMICON West 2008 Event Directory will not include company profiles in print form. However, visitors will be directed to SEMICONNECT to access your complete company description.
